• A secure download link/access is provided instantly after purchase.
• No physical shipping is required, as all our products are digital downloads or digital access courses.

2. Delivery Time

• Digital products are delivered immediately after payment.
• In rare cases of technical delays (such as internet connectivity, server downtime, or payment gateway issues), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

3. Order Confirmation

• After completing your purchase, you will see a confirmation screen and be redirected to the access/download page.
• You can access your purchased courses and resources anytime from your Cutcraft Dashboard.

4. Wrong Product Delivery / Technical Issues

• If you receive the wrong product or face any issue accessing your download link or course, please contact us at contacttovraj24@gmail.com with your order details.
• We will verify the issue and provide you with the correct product link or access at no additional cost.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Since our products are digital and downloadable, we do not provide cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once the order is completed.
• Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The file is corrupted/unusable, and a replacement is not possible.
